This service is provided by Dmytro Selezen at no cost and is intended for use as is.

These Terms and Conditions are applicable to Your use of our services Website and/or App.

We are not responsible for any inability to use the paid subscription features caused by your hardware and/or software limitations.

Daily Planner retains the exclusive right to introduce, modify, or terminate paid services under subscription on the app without prior consent. We also reserve the exclusive right to alter subscription prices, trial periods, introduce promotional prices, or make changes to other conditions for Daily Planner services on the app.

Furthermore, in addition to these Terms and Conditions, the terms of marketplaces concerning orders, payments, and refunds will apply to you.

The subscription cost is determined by your location and currency, and it may vary across regions. The specific price of the selected subscription is displayed at the time of purchase. It's important to note that all monthly or yearly paid subscriptions will be automatically renewed and charged on a monthly or yearly basis. Additionally, we may introduce a free time-based trial period for certain subscriptions, as indicated in any in-app promotions or splash screens.

Subject to the extent permitted by applicable law, payments are non-refundable, and we do not offer refunds for any unused features of the paid subscription. If you decide to cancel a purchased subscription, you won't receive a refund for the ongoing billing period. However, you will continue to have access to your subscription content for the remainder of the current billing period, irrespective of the cancellation date. The cancellation takes effect after the conclusion of the current billing period.

AI-generated recommendations are automatic and may contain inaccuracies. By using the app, you agree that all provided recommendations are for informational purposes only, and their use is entirely your responsibility.

The developer is not liable for any decisions made by the user based on AI-generated recommendations, as well as for any possible losses or missed opportunities.

By using the app, you agree to these terms and waive any claims against the developer related to the operation of AI or the app.

We will not be held responsible for any incidental, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from infringement arising out of your use of the Daily Planner services.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Daily Planner harmless from any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, damages, costs, and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees.
